execution, partnerships, investor relations and overall management of the organization. Meanwhile, 

he also leads the Company’s technical roadmap planning and execution.

Prior to founding Tapway, Chee How spent more than 4 years with Airbus Group on their helicopter 

division across Europe and Asia on technology and system integration projects with complex supply 

chains which span across the globe.

Ungku Zaki bin Ungku Hamzah

Acting CEO, TERAS

Ungku Zaki bin Ungku Hamzah is the Acting Chief Executive Office of Teras Teknologi Sdn Bhd, a

leading ICT innovator and system integrator of Toll Collection System. He is also holding the portfolio

of Head of Service Excellence for the same organisation.

He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering in 1992 from University of Denver, Colorada

and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in MIS from International Islamic University of Malaysia

in 2005. With more than 25 years proven track record in the deployment Toll and Payment Collection in

various portfolios for several organisations (LITRAK, Touch ‘n Go, IJM Toll Division), he is also the technical

and business advisor for the rollout of the MLFF and RFID toll systems for Malaysian Highway Association

of Malaysia (PSKLM) and the Plus Malaysia Behad (PMB) group. Ungku Zaki is also a member of

various technical committees in various projects/initiatives spearheaded by Toll Industry stakeholders

(authorities, highway concessionaires, consultants) such as the MLFF and RFID system implementation,

Toll Systems guidelines, Traffic & Control Surveillance System (TCSS) guidelines.
