Job Description
We are expanding our research and development team and looking for a Product Manager to join us. As a Product Manager, you will:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas to drive growth.
- Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and teams to shape requirements and product features.
- Collaborate with the product owner and senior management to create and refine product plans and roadmaps.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
- Organize product releases and ensure compliance with schedules.
- Develop recommendations to expand product vision and track user impact.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Job Requirements
• BSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience in product lifecycle management and Agile environments.
• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and AI technologies.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
