As a Technical Support Engineer (On-site Support), you will:

 

  • • Monitor and maintain ANPR cameras, servers, and software applications.
    • Perform routine system health checks to ensure all components function correctly.
    • Troubleshoot hardware failures (cameras, network switches, cabling) and software errors.
    • Respond promptly to system alerts or reported issues from mall management or users.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates as required.
    • Assist in vehicle entry/exit dispute resolutions by verifying ANPR records.
    • Collaborate with senior technical support for complex issue resolution.
    • Maintain an on-site inventory of spare parts and tools for quick fixes.

Job Requirements

  • • Basic knowledge of computer networking and operating systems.
    • 1–2 years of experience in technical support or project management (fresh graduates are welcome).
    • Basic software or programming knowledge and network configuration skills (e.g., SQL (optional), IP Networking, IP Camera Settings, Linux OS).
    • Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
    • Must have own transport for travel to client sites.
    • Willing to work on short notice outside of work hours.
    • Team player who can deliver solutions within tight timelines.
    • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
